Privacy Notice

Last updated: 20 October 2025

We keep this simple. If you join the Agreeminty waitlist on agreeminty.com, we only collect what you give us in the form, plus the basics that any website needs to run securely. We don't sell data. We don't run marketing trackers.

TL;DR

You give us your details to join the waitlist and hear about Agreeminty. We use them - only with your consent - to email you about the launch and, sometimes, to invite you to quick interviews. The website only uses essential cookies and basic logs. We don't sell your data, we don't run marketing pixels, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Who we are

Agreeminty LLC, a company registered under the laws of Ukraine, is the controller of your personal data for the site and the waitlist.

Email: rs@agreeminty.com

Our local supervisory authority is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman). EEA residents can also contact their local data protection authority.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, you give us: first name, last name, company name, business email, job position, company size, and whether you already use Google Workspace.

When you visit the site, our infrastructure automatically records limited technical data needed to serve and secure the page: IP address, date/time, URL and referrer, basic device/OS/browser details, and server/CDN logs. We do not use analytics or marketing pixels.

Why we use your data (and under what legal basis)

Waitlist, updates, and research interviews. We use your form data to confirm your waitlist spot, share news about the upcoming launch, and occasionally invite you to short product interviews or send a personalized email newsletter about Agreeminty's progress.

Legal basis (EEA/UK): your consent (you opt in on the form). You can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link if present.

Operating and securing the website. We use minimal technical logs to deliver the page, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.

Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe, reliable website. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, automated decision-making, or profiling.

Cookies

We only set strictly necessary cookies (or equivalent storage) required to serve the site, keep sessions stable, and protect against abuse. We do not set marketing, advertising, or analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the site may not function as intended.

How we share data

We don't sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers that help us run the site and waitlist (for example: hosting/CDN, email delivery). They act under contracts, must protect your data, and may only use it to provide their services to us. If required by law, we may disclose data to authorities.

International transfers

We are based in Ukraine, and some providers may operate in other countries. If you are in the EEA/UK and your data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (for example, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. You can contact us for details.

Retention

For waitlist contacts, we keep your data until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after your last interaction - whichever happens first - unless we must keep it longer to comply with law. Technical logs are kept for a short, operational period, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights if you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR)

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or portability; you can ask us to restrict processing or object to it where our basis is legitimate interests; and you can withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect past processing based on consent). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Your rights if you are in the United States

Depending on your state (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah), you may have rights to access and delete personal information, correct inaccuracies, receive a portable copy, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Where state law provides an appeal right if we decline your request, we'll tell you how to appeal.

Children

Our site is for business audiences and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we'll delete it.

How to contact us

For any request or question, email rs@agreeminty.com. To withdraw consent or unsubscribe, use the link in our emails or just tell us.

Updates to this notice

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and adjust the date at the top. If changes are material, we'll take appropriate steps to inform you.
